TO BUY AT SPRINGCARD
Quotations
Registered customers can receive a formal quotation with pro-forma invoice. To be registered, you need to open an account by filling-in and submitting the customer information form online.
Quotations are normally established in Euro, but you may specify any other preferred currency. Thank you to contact our sales team to ask for a quote.
Orders
Once you are a registered customer, you can order by phone, e-mail, fax or post. Your order will then quickly and accurately fulfilled.
All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.
Payment terms
Our standard terms are 30 days net of invoice for approved credit accounts. Please ensure that payment in the agreed currency reaches us in full, without deduction of charges.
For non-account customers, payments must be addressed by SWIFT in Euro or USD before shipping.
Shipping
We prefer to ship on your choice of carrier, on your account (freight collect). Please inform us of your account number when placing an order.
Alternatively, we can ship via FedEx, UPS or La Poste on our account, and charge you a shipping & handling fee.
Delivery time is highly variable, depending both of the product and the quantity ordered. The quotation will always specify this delay.
